How do we book?
To book your wedding with us, please send us a message via our contact page or call us on 01288 352352.

What is the deposit?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and to confirm your date.


O U R   V E N U E

Can we just have parts of the venue/What happens if we don’t want accommodation?
Weekend hire is exclusive use and includes everything detailed in our packages, we can however be flexible with one day hire during mid week weddings out of high season.

How many does the house sleep?
The house can sleep 12 people including the bride and groom, with the addition of pull out beds for children.

We are able to accommodate families in 2 of the rooms, just let us know if you require a pull out bed or a travel cot.

Do you style the venue?
We offer a blank canvas for your wedding. You are more than welcome to style the venue the day before your wedding or hire a styling company to do this for you.

Do you provide furniture?
We provide chairs for your ceremony and wedding breakfast and 15 X 6ft round tables which can seat 10-12 people. We can accommodate up to 200 guests on trestle tables, but these are not included and would need to be hired in at an additional cost.

Is parking available for our guests?
We have ample parking for all of your guests.

Can we have an outdoor ceremony?
Depending on the size of your wedding we have 4 possible ceremony spaces. We have 2 outdoor ceremony spaces, the Mill Barn and also the house for intimate weddings. If you choose to have your wedding outside and the weather forecast didn’t look promising the day before, then you have the peace of mind, that we can move your ceremony into our Mill Barn.

When does the music have to stop?
You can play live music up until 11pm and background/DJ music until 12am.

What about drinks?
No two weddings are the same, which is why we tailor a drinks package to suit you and your wedding. We have two fully stocked bars and believe that Cornwall has some pretty amazing products on offer, so wherever possible we like to use locally sourced drinks. We have a fantastic range of premium handcrafted Sprits, Ales, Lagers, Ciders and Wines for you and your guests to enjoy.

Can we bring our own suppliers?
Yes, of course! We have a wonderful range of Recommend Suppliers to help you, but you’re not obliged to use any of them. If your supplier doesn’t know the venue already, we ask that they come down beforehand to get a clear idea of the space available and of course can prove they have the necessary insurance.

Do you offer a wedding planning service?
We offer on the day co-ordination to make sure that your day runs smoothly, but if you feel like you need a bit more support during the planning process, then we can recommend some fantastic wedding planners.
