Influenced by the Michelin starred restaurants where their chefs were trained, Pickle Shack mixes traditional, local ingredients with modern cooking techniques. They source as much as possible from West Country suppliers, including meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, and amazing wild ingredients foraged from hedgerows and fields. If it’s not in season, it’s not on the menu (unless it’s pickled!). The result is delicious food with serious style and flair!
