Ceremony
At Launcells Barton, you can choose between an indoor or an outdoor wedding ceremony, exchanging vows in the historic Mill Barn or beneath a custom-built licensed arbour within our beautiful walled garden.
Choose from the exquisite natural beauty of the garden or the understated rustic glamour of the barn. Either way, you’ll benefit from our flexible, bespoke approach and exclusive use of the entire property.

Reception
Built with celebrating in mind, our dedicated Reception Barn is the perfect blank canvas for you to style and decorate however you want. As your friends and family take their seats, our spacious Top Bar comes to life, serving as a hub where everyone can mingle and chat into the evening. As well as comfy sofas for lounging, the barn has lots of outdoor seating and a large lawn with ample space for outdoor games and other entertainment. However you choose to dine, drink, dance and party, our friendly, attentive team will ensure you and your guests are able to relax and enjoy every moment

Accommodation
We have space for up to 25 of your party across our accommodation. Our historic Manor House feels like a home away from home for up to 15 people, offering a luxurious Wedding Suite, five beautifully restored bedrooms, and a large communal kitchen – all exclusively yours for a two-night stay with your closest friends and family. From Spring 2026, we’re also introducing The Meadows: five charming double-bedroom units adding space for 10 additional guests, each with its own ensuite and private outdoor space, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a sunset drink. Lovingly named after the fields on our farm, these new hideaways add even more space for your guests to stay, celebrate, and make memories together. It’s the perfect setting for getting ready, unwinding, and soaking up every special moment.

Coordination
Our Wedding Co-ordinators will be on-hand to assist in the running of your day and answer any venue-related questions you may have. They can tell you the best time to toss confetti, explain how long your welcome drinks reception should last and even devise an all-weather back-up plan for your outdoor ceremony!
While they can’t source or book suppliers on your behalf, they can recommend amazing businesses we’ve worked with before. On the day itself, they’ll keep things running smoothly and ensure nothing is missed or forgotten. You’ll often find them helping a bride with her dress before she heads down the aisle, running buttonholes to the best man, making announcements and ensuring guests and suppliers are where they’re supposed to be.

We have two bars at Launcells Barton. On your wedding day, both come fully stocked and staffed by our expert team. From slicing lemons and pulling pints to mixing cocktails and clearing glasses, we take care of everything. There are no hidden costs for things like corkage and waste disposal and no need for any stressful, last-minute supermarket trips!
Our drinks packages have been thoughtfully designed to keep glasses charged throughout your wedding day. As well as covering the essentials like welcome drinks and bubbly for the speeches, they’re flexible enough for you to make your celebration unique. Pimms all round? Cocktails? A gin bar? Our team can provide all this and more.
