Much like the old tradition, our wedding venue has a special mixture of historic and modern options. The house is Georgian so those wanting an element of character and grandeur will certainly be wowed by what this gorgeous building can offer you. There’s also the 19th Century Mill Barn which is licensed for civil ceremonies and will capture you with its charm. If you’re looking to match the historic with something a little more modern then we also have our purpose built Reception Barn, which has been designed to complement the original buildings, but benefits from being new and completely state-of-the-art!

Weddings are a day to share with your loved ones so when it comes to yours what better way to spend it than surrounded only by those you cherish the most. There won’t be any interruptions, just the space for you to enjoy yourselves in private. We encourage all of our couples to treat Launcells Barton like their home, and we provide a personal service to make sure you feel like a million dollars, the whole time!

We’re set amongst acres of countryside with stunning coastal views waiting for you over the brow of our hill. We fell in love with this place ourselves and the unique blend of countryside and coast definitely played a part in that.
