The great news is that we’re able to tick all of those boxes, but an option that proves to be particularly popular for couples viewing our venue is our barn weddings, so let’s tell you a little about our barns and how they could work well for your own wedding…
Our 19th Century Mill Barn
With beautifully exposed beams and large French doors that leave the space bathed in sunshine, our lovingly restored 19th century stone-built Mill Barn has a real wow-factor and is definitely a popular choice for our couples. Many of the original stone features in the barn remain exposed to ensure it has lost none of its original character, and with a capacity for up to 160 seated guests it’s great for wedding ceremonies of all sizes.
Tucked away beneath the Mill Barn you’ll find a beautiful rustic bar, which is often the first place your guests will head once they arrive at our venue. Constructed from reclaimed wood salvaged during the barn’s renovation, there’s a cosy seating area that makes this the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink and begin the day!
Our reception barn
Our reception barn has been purpose built to give you the ultimate place in which to share memories with friends and family on your big day. The barn has been carefully crafted to compliment the surrounding buildings and countryside, whilst also giving you, your caterers and evening entertainment a state-of-the-art space to call your own.
It doesn’t end there either! As well as a spacious bar and lounge area with a cosy atmosphere and comfy leather sofas, the Reception Barn has lots of outdoor seating and a large lawn where your guests can mingle; great for summer evenings!
