Rosie & Chase tied the knot last summer in a beautifully romantic outdoor ceremony, surrounded by the vibrant blooms of the Walled Garden. Their day was a perfect blend of timeless elegance and relaxed charm. Delicate bud vases lined the trestle tables, while a lush greenery backdrop framed the top table in the characterful Reception Barn.
Gathering their closest friends and family, Rosie & Chase chose the rolling hills of Cornwall as the setting for a weekend-long celebration. The festivities began the day before, as loved ones and trusted suppliers came together to bring their vision to life. With everything perfectly in place, the couple could fully unwind and enjoy the morning of their wedding — champagne in hand — knowing the Launcells Barton team had everything beautifully taken care of!
As guests began to arrive, Chase was there to welcome everyone, inviting them into the Snug Bar for a celebratory first drink! — the perfect way to ease into a laid back day!
Guests soon made their way to their seats in the Walled Garden for the ceremony, while Rosie added the final touches to her bridal look and shared a heartfelt first moment with her dad as a Bride.
With everything in place, it was finally time for Rosie and her bridal party to make their way to the Walled Garden for the ceremony.
Guests then made their way out into the courtyard for Pimms, Fizz, Canapes and congratulatory hugs!
While guests enjoyed catching up with one another, Rosie & Chase took the opportunity to head into the Walled Garden for group photos against a backdrop of the Manor House.
Guests soon took their seats in the Reception Barn ready for the couples wedding breakfast. The guests were treated to a beautifully styled barn with wooden trestle tables, cascading greenery and soft mutes pinks!
Following the joyful speeches and the cutting of the cake, guests made their way outside to soak up the evening sun, enjoying cocktails and garden games in the warm glow of golden hour.
As guests enjoyed beer pong and lawn golf, the newlyweds slipped away for a quiet moment with their photographer—and a stunning sunset tractor ride across the farm!
As the sun set, guests gathered to share in the couple’s first dance, before creating a magical sparkler walkway!

“Our wedding day at Launcells Barton was nothing short of magical.
After a very wet summer we were lucky enough to have a gorgeous sunny day. The venue’s beautiful gardens provided a pretty backdrop for our ceremony, with pink hydrangeas blooming which perfectly matched the bridesmaids dresses.
The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring every detail was perfect and made us feel truly special throughout the day.
All of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was from the courtyard garden where the ceremony took place, to the vast green space outside the barn where our friends and family enjoyed the evening sun.
As the day drew to a close, we were treated to a breathtaking sunset on our tractor ride which was the perfect moment for us to have some time alone and take everything in.
Lancells Barton exceeded all our expectations and provided us with memories that we will cherish forever. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue for our special day.”
